  The company comes off as friendly and helpful, especially when you hear their phone messages that they will return all calls within 24 hours. They don’t call back within 24 hours - it is sometimes days, to weeks, to never. Sometimes they will also just show up with no phone call, essentially breaking in to your yards and mad that you didn’t have the gates unlocked for them... probably because they don’t call back! If you’re not going to fulfill the promises on your message, then change it. The office crew and the work crew have no communication with each other. All we wanted was a pool to be open at the beginning of the summer. By the time they came, it was green. They added gallons and gallons of chemicals for days that didn’t do anything because it was so green. If they came as early as we needed, we wouldn’t have had this problem. It was never resolved to the point where the pool had to be drained. They claim to be extremely busy, and maybe they are because they are the only official pool place in town... then hire more people. We will never work with them again and we won’t since we have no pool now. We dealt with them for months and months with no resolution until we were pawned off to another person. You’re better off finding a private pool person and never dealing with this company.
