I can't speak highly enough about Robin and the work she does to help people deal with life's struggles, do the hard work to be their best selves, and to be healthier in both mind, body and spirit. Robin' has helped me gain confidence in dealing with past trauma and to see how it affects my day to day interactions with others. She is helping me through deep and tremendous grief over the loss of my daughter. Connecting with our loved ones is another gift she shares. I so look forward to my weekly Tai Chi class with Robin. Our beginning meditation is both centering and relaxing. The varied Temple exercises touch every body part in a gentle yet strengthening way.
We are led through our level 1 movements with wonderful explanation, instruction, and demonstration.
But above all else it is Robin herself who make the class so special – she graciously shares her self with us and guides us in becoming more mindful, more present to the present. Robin is a cherished gift to me.
